Tell us about the selection process of the company.

There were 4 rounds Aptitude, Essay Writing, Technical Interview & HR Interview. On the basis of Aptitude and Written Communication Skills , students were shortlisted for HR & Technical Interviews.

Finally 61 were placed among 120. Essay writing topics were so easy but the typing speed must be fast. Ideas should be clear. 8 to 10 topics were there. Interviews were quite long because they wanted to know our thorough knowledge regarding the subjects. All the best to all My Juniors.

Walk us through the GD and Interview process. How many rounds did you go through? What was reach round about? Do you remember some questions as well?

There were basic Questions regarding Project and C, C++ & Java or depending on the favourite subjects. Project development, working, front end & back-end developers, domain. Why particular domain. Why not other domain. Situational Questions & Presence of mind. You must have best communication skills.

My interview lasted for 45 minutes technical and 20 minutes HR. So, never be nervous and even if you are not sure about the answer you need to speak something. Dont remain blank’-minded.

What advice or tips would you give to others applying for a similar profile in this company?

Just Be Confident with your Answers, you will definitely get selected. Keep your communication stronger and believe in yourself. Don’t panic infront of HR. Otherwise he/she she will definitely catch your nervousness.
