Tell us about the selection process of the company.

IBM:
1.Online aptitude and Psychometric Test
2.Shortlisted candidates were called for interviews(mostly HR)

Capgemini:
1.Online aptitude and Essay Writing
2.Shortlisted candidates were called for technical interviews and hr interviews

IBM selected 65 and
Capgemini selected 61

(no gd)

Walk us through the GD and Interview process. How many rounds did you go through? What was reach round about? Do you remember some questions as well?

Know clearly about yourself and be confident while answering.

Know your project very well.

What advice or tips would you give to others applying for a similar profile in this company?

Focus more on aptitude part i.e quants, verbal and logical reasoning and have a fairly good command over writing essays and letter. If you clear this round then further round depends on the company requirement, some focuses on technical whereas some requires good communication skill.

I was good in technical part as compared to communication part, but having average to fair communication skill will also work.On this basis I cleared IBM and Capgemini and got selected in both.
P.S: Get placed into DAY 1 company or else the frustration of failure increase day by day.
